2009-10 Michigan Premier Soccer League Rules for Referees
Check passcards to games reports when checking in players,
coaches and team officials listed on game report. Home team will
give you a prepaid preaddressed envelope to mail in game report,
White copy.
Teams , with their spectators, sit on opposite sides of field
All Players, coaches and team personnel participate in hand
shake prior to game.
Return all passcards to a team official. DO NOT KEEP ANY CARDS.
Coach or team official are to sign game report and receive a copy
Coach and listed team official may be carded
Any questions regarding forfeits or how many games a player has
to sit out are to be referred to the League
EACH TEAM IS GIVEN A COACH, ASSISTANT COACH AND
TEAM MANAGER PASSCARDS ALSO A LANYARD. The three individuals must wear their passcard along with their risk management card in the lanyard on
the sideline while coaching. If they do not have they may not
coach.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Unlimited substitution may be made at the following times with
the referee’s permission

Prior to a throw in by the team taking the throw in. If the team
taking the throw in substitutes then the other team may likewise
substitute.

Prior to a goal kick by either team

After a goal is scored by either team

After an injury by either team when referee stops play

at half time by either team
-
After a yellow card , the carded player (s) may be substituted
and if substituted the opposing team may substitute a like number of
players.
Only MSPSL can change game time, location dates.
15 minute wait time from schedule start of game time .
